Japanese students to learn about the OA™ label

The Japanese Fur Association (JFA) held an OA™ seminar for its members during their annual meeting on May 28. The seminar was also attended by three officials from the Japanese Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.

The JFA will include information of the OA™ label in a textbook being created for a Fur Material Seminar that is to be carried out at fashion schools and colleges. This Seminar was officially designated as the manpower development project for fur industry to be supported by Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.

To date, the JFA has received applications for the seminar from 25 schools and an audience of 1,791 is expected.
